Instructions (in brief)

1. Wash your hands and clean the outside of the growkit with a dry cloth.
2. Fill the growkit with lukewarm water (20 °C), put the lid back and let it soak for 5 minutes (maximum 1 hour).
3. Pour off the water and let it drain for 10 seconds.
4. Place the growkit in the grow bag and add 200 to 250 ml of lukewarm water. Close the bag with the 2 paperclips.
5. Put the growkit in a place between 20 and 25 °C, out of direct sunlight and away from heat sources. The bag stays closed until the first pinheads become visible (after 10 to 20 days).
6. When the pinheads appear: air it briefly each day and mist lightly with water.
7. Harvest just before the veils under the cap detach. Gently grip the stem, twist left or right and pull the mushroom completely loose.
8. Remove any remains so there is room for a next harvest. Repeat steps 4 to 7 for new flushes.

Storage advice

• Store refrigerated between 2 and 4 °C.
• Limited shelf life outside refrigeration.
