Our mushroom tinctures are powerful plant-based extracts based on four unique medicinal mushrooms: Chaga, Turkey Tail (Coriolus versicolor), Reishi and Tinder Fungus (Fomes fomentarius). For centuries these mushrooms have been used worldwide for their powerful properties supporting the immune system, vitality and the natural balance of body and mind.

What makes these mushrooms special?

Each mushroom has its own unique action:

• Chaga, known as "the king of medicinal mushrooms", rich in antioxidants and supports cell repair.
• Turkey Tail, a powerful immune booster used worldwide during intensive recovery programmes.
• Reishi, also known as "the mushroom of immortality", known for its calming action and its contribution to vitality and balance.
• Tinder Fungus, traditionally used as a cleansing agent, with anti-inflammatory and adaptogenic properties.

Use and dosage

Start with 10 drops per day and gradually build up to 20 drops (1 ml) per day. Preferably hold the drops under the tongue for 60 seconds before swallowing for optimal absorption. Maximum recommended dosage: 40 drops (2 ml) per day. Shake well before use.

Contents and packaging

Each tincture is supplied in a dark 10 ml pipette bottle. This equals approximately 200 drops, enough for 2 to 4 weeks of daily use, depending on the dosage.
